TASTING NOTES

Lovely pale gold hue, clear & bright. Fresh and inviting with citrus & exotic fruit (lychee, mango) aromas, balanced by light floral notes (lemon grass).

The palate combines ripe fruit with a fresh, tangy acidity. Excellent balance.

	Vinification	The grapes of this wine are harvested with care, then sorted and pressed. After clarification, the grape juice is fermented at a constant temperature of 18-20°. The wine is then fined, filtered and bottled as soon as possible to ensure it retains it’s youthful freshness.
